quite good with tea
From Christina Dolan of Parker, Colorado on 4/10/2017.
The cookies came to us a bit drier that anticipated but are quite good with tea or any other liquid (milk, coffee etc.)

Gifted a box of these to my daughter along with some shortbread. She loved them. I thought the combination of white chocolate and raspberry would thrill me as well, but I found the texture not to my liking, not much white chocolate flavor, and the raspberry seeds stuck in my teeth, well -- you know. I'll stick with my shortbread! (I'm probably the odd duck.
MUST HAVE COOKIE!

My favorite combination, white chocolate and raspberry.
From Edith Kurie of Wilmington, North Carolina on 10/7/2016.
This lovely cookie pairs so well with tea or coffee. Its subtle raspberry flavor picks up the light chocolate laced through the cookie for a memorable flavor.

I am diabetic so I haven't been gorging myself on these and this takes a lot of will power. I have been limiting myself to 1 a day just before I go to bed. Bad planning I know, but it makes me look forward to bedtime. You can actually taste the raspberries and that is something you don't taste too often when you buy products that supposedly contain raspberries.
