We order often and never had any issues but my last order there was a problem in didn't receive my cookies on the shipping date said so I emailed your co and received reply from your customer service rep. Who told me that it is at least 5to 6 day delivery that it depends on ups. Well if that is the case then you need to tell your customers that and don't offer 2 day shipping the only reason I won't stop ordering your cookies is they are our favorites and I can't get all the flavors that you sell. So I will still give you a 10 rating for your cookies but not so much customer service.Thank you Kathleen Engle
