Just wonderful
From Anonymous of Louisville, Kentucky on .
We are just over the moon with these gluten-free shortbread cookies. They taste very nearly the same as regular shortbread. I bought them to make a tart crust for a recipe I had found. I have not yet made the tart crust but we are certainly enjoying eating the cookies!

Gluten taste better to me. Their ok
ship problem
From Marlys Walch of Dover, Ohio on .
We have enjoyed Walker's Shortbread mail orders before, but this time was disappointing. The shipment came with the top of the box and corner very compromised. Inside were air pillows on top of the box of 2 pack 60 count cookies. My husband, who has celiac disease, has tried multiple packs (at least 15). Each of them upon opening was broken in at least 3 pieces and many more like crumbles. Spending $40 was a bargain price, but not really a bargain when they aren't whole cookies. The sample box sent along outside of the box the 60 count packs came through fine but they were in a plastic formed tray. I guess online ordering is not a workable solution to getting gluten free cookies.

Ask a Question
11/8/2018 – What type of salt is used in it?
Response From Walkers Shortbread: The salt Walkers adds to the recipe is sea salt but there is also salt in the butter and this is normal table salt.
10/31/2018 – What is the stabilizer used in the Gluten Free products?
Response From Walkers Shortbread: The stabilizer is Xanthan Gum.
1/4/2017 – Are your gluten-free products made in a gluten-free facility? Thanks!
Response From Walkers Shortbread: Our products are not made in a gluten free facility and because of this we have very strict segregation and controls. We have also invested in an accredited laboratory on site and we test every batch of product to ensure it is gluten free. I hope this helps!
